MIT Team Tough Love OCR, Obstacle Course Race  and the community around training and competition. The team was founded in 2013 in Sweden. Today, OCR, is one of the world's fastest growing sports that fits everybody The team is represented in 8 countries and in today's date, we are over 450 members, We are the only truly International team in the world!

Among our Swedish members you find athletes who take part in for the challenge, the joy and the Community in the group, The Elite betting athletes are among the best in Sweden and ranked top 10 in the world.

 MIT Tough Team is a team of all, our members are between 15 and 65 years old with very diverse training background.

To join the MIT Tough Team is completely free of charge.

We offer lots of exercise joy, support and competition support.

Together with our partners, it presented offers to everyone in the team and even several specials to the race active.

We offer sporadic training sessions around the country, join us on a training and become part of the lovely community that characterizes the team.






Alex started running OCR's in 2013 and became instantly hooked, running over 30 races since then, from 5km races, to 80km ultra-marathons, and swimming obstacle races and everything in between.

In true OCR spirit Alex met Camilo during a race and joined MIT soon after. 

Representing MIT in the UK Alex runs through all seasons, from frozen Winter Tough guy, to scorching summer Dirty Dozens.
